• Job Details:1-Responsible for a specific caseload for conducting initial screening and BIAs in addition to continues following up as their caseworker. 2-Supports in the coordination of walk-ins/ cases’ assessment when required and in emergency referrals. 3-Support the project officer in developing the project activities and the monthly plan, administrative and logistical tasks in addition to other tasks and duties based on operational requirements. 4-Supporting the Child Protection Officer and Mental health and Psychosocial Support Officer in child protection services and ensure that the activities are implemented in full respect to the child safeguarding policies. 5-Assist in all documentation activities such as SOP, project achievements. 6-Support the team during the closure phase with the youth and adolescents. In specific to assist in ensuring and finalizing documentation needed to be collected and archived, address any inquiries from beneficiaries, and put them in contact with needed coach, officer, complaint line operator – based on the inquiry of the beneficiary.
