• Job Details:Receive Customer, Discuss on vehicle status, explain for a customer the maintenance and price. Descript the customer’s problems in a technical way at Job description; raise repair orders on Dealer Management System (DMS). Follow up with the workshop Engineer for the statues of the cars in the workshop to update the customer by their car status& inform them if there are any delays. Or extension work. Pre-delivery vehicle and ensure that everything is done at job order. Finalize the job order and make sure of the total amount of the invoice. Explain Pre-Invoice to customer works and prices. Delivery customer to the vehicle after he got on Invoice.
