Resident EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsibilities: • Leading A Supervision team tasked with monitoring and supervising the contractor’s daily activities, monitoring and reporting on progress, quality and safety commensurate with requirements of the Contract. • Representing the interests of the Client and undertake the duties and obligations defined in the Contract. • Coordination with stakeholders and contractors, on the high profile project(s) will be a significant contributor to the success and delivery of the overall vision. • Responsible for the supervision of the works • Administration of the Contract between the Client and Contractor • Certification of payments • Monitoring of progress • Reporting of progress and production of progress reports. • Aspects of the work to be carried out safely, correctly, expeditiously and • Qualitatively in accordance with the contract documents to Insure the working drawings as Per The Contract Drawings / Design instructions. • To Ensure the Financial interests of the Client and see that the Contractor is fairly compensated for his work. • Ensure contribute towards creating a good working relationship between the Clinet's / Consultant and the Contractor's staff at all levels and adopt a positive, helpful attitude towards the Contract, and solve with the all teams ( Clinet / Contractor ) overcoming difficulties, particularly at the start, without taking over the Contractor's responsibilities. • Assist The Technical and Administration staff, including the Office Engineer, the Document Controller, All Engineers. • Assist The Cost Controller/Estimator, the Planning Engineer/Scheduler, the Quality Assurance/Quality Controller Manager and the Safety Manager. • Prepare reports and forecasts as required; updates supervisors accordingly. • Oversee and manage inspection team in monitoring of construction methods, schedule performance, manning charts, material quality and equipment requirements. • Monitors contractor performance against all requirements including but not limited to Safety, Quality & Administration.

Assistant Resident EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsibilities: • Support the Resident Engineer Implement procedures relating to H&S, quality, environmental, traffic control and other such requirements. • Collect data and prepare progress charts. • Review inspector’s reports for completeness. • Review records from the contractor for completeness and accuracy. • Prepare reports for the Resident Engineer. • Maintain site records, logs, etc. • Review and process paperwork arising from performance of the work. • Maintain as-built records as required by the Resident Engineer. • Assist in the variation order process. • Assist the Resident Engineer in monitoring of the works Periodic attendance at QC testing and factory visits as required. • Assistance in review of submittals
