• Job Details:Job Description: - Prepare BMS SCADA and DCIM design/concept of design if needed as per project requirements including but not limited to: (schematics, I/O points, riser diagram and various schedules to coordinate with project and consultant.) - Handling and coordinating with project’s supplier and consultant to achieve optimum solution for the project, via several channels such as sending RFIs (Request for Information) and RFAs (Request of Approval) to consultant to eliminate any conflict received design package if exist or to complete any missing data. - Submit BMS, SCADA and DCIM shop drawings as per project specifications. - Perform quantity take-off and estimate on the various stages of the project. - Technical support in tender, procurement and operation phase. - Create selectivity study for BMS (Controls and field devices) as per vendor’s family. - Supervision of installation, test and commissioning of BMS, programming and starting up DDCs using vendor software including GUI (Graphical User Interface) of BMS workstation.
