• Job Details: Supervise field work, prepare project shop drawings, and prepare project monthly reports. Coordinate between different parties (sub-contractors, owner, construction reps, design team, and project management team) to deliver project on time, on budget, and within specs. Define project scope and develop WBS, and project BoQs. Create and update project budget, baseline schedule, status schedule, and project status reports. Estimate project resources and issue daily resources status report. Prepare different project documents (RFIs, VOs, claims, work authorizations…etc). Lead and guide construction team through project execution, and issue weekly/monthly construction progress reports.

POI Planner/Facilities Engineer Full Time

• Job Details: Initiate and manage construction and lean sigma projects to capture opportunities or solve problems that have profit/safety/reliability impact. Maintain the overall Master Program /Project Schedule. Provide and complete facilities design concept, cost estimates, and baseline schedule. Develop cost and resource loaded baseline schedules to effectively monitor and control projects. Use Earned Value method to manage cost and time during project execution phase and provide future forecasts. Prepare weekly and monthly project and portfolio status reports for project teams and top management. Facilitate large project meetings, develop agendas, and assure the project team contribution. Follow Chevron project management method (CPDEP) for construction projects, Chevron lean sigma project management method (DAMIC), and PMBOK best practices. Study project alternatives using the probability/impact method to choose the best project concept. Participate in Process Hazards Analysis (PHA) sessions to define risks, key guards, and actions to avoid any future threats to the project and create a safer work place. Use lessons learned to develop new project planning and execution methods to avoid delays and extra costs.
