• Job Details:Responsible for following manufacturing and packaging the biscuits and candy and chips. Analyze and test finished products and materials according to approved protocols and specifications. Operate & calibrate departmental section equipment and instruments according to approved SOPs. Responsible for out of specification handling and CAPA management. Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, including customer complaints and non-conforming products. Check GMP and GHP of the factory. Oversee operational prerequisite programs and critical control points, taking prompt corrective actions for any process deviations.

Quality Control Specialist

• Job Details:Conduct virtual inspection of complete products and raw materials. Test product quality for defects and ensure it meets specifications. Score quality sheets and check CCPs and OPRPs. Implement good manufacturing practices.

Quality Control Trainer

• Job Details:Trained in chemical and microbial laboratories, specifically within Tetrapak, emphasizing processes related to mozzarella, processed cheese, pasteurization, and overall processing.
