• Job Details:• Meeting with clients following the sale of Weelo to collect data and other information Required to customize software systems. • creating a project plan for each client, detailing the tasks that need to be completed For the timely implementation of Weelo platform. • communicating with clients throughout the software customization process to obtain Feedback and approval. • Data entry and upload data of all clients’ data on the Weelo platform • Understanding the Customized features based on clients’ individual needs and Specifications and documentation of the needs • Educating clients on how Weelo and customized system features through continuous Training and TOT. • Creating a specialized document for each client, detailing all customizations made. • Uploading Weelo platform and all necessary components at client. • Ensuring that the project team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones. • Providing cost and time estimates to clients who require additional customizations to be Done.
