• Job Details:•Conduct tests, inspections, identify quality issues, and present solutions. •Analyze and investigate complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with guidelines and regulatory requirements. •Provide insight to improve processes and practices to ensure quality is maintained while efficiency is optimized. •Developing quality metrics and processes to drive the concept of continuous improvement. •Assist in preparing and maintaining technical quality agreements with contractors and other related parties for quality checks so that roles and responsibilities between contracted parties are clearly defined and implemented. •Regularly review non-conformances with identifying the root causes, so corrective and preventative actions can be implemented. •Prepare periodic quality reports for the management.
