• Job Details:• Research potential vendors. • Performed full procurement processes (P2P) from defining the business needs, issuing the purchase requisitions, sourcing, supplier selection, floating RFQ, RFP, RFI, negotiation & execution of the contracts or purchase orders, and receipt of material till pavment to the vendor. • Coordinated with all stakeholders to ensure proper ordering, delivery, and payment processes. • Track orders and ensure timely delivery. • Responsible for all direct, and indirect purchases, and procurement contracts and agreements. • Ensured procurement policies, procedures, and regulations were in place and followed. • Managed vendor relationships and performed risk management to reduce costs. • Implemented and optimized ERP procurement module, maintained purchasing database, contract records, and invoices in the ERP system, and generated weekly and monthly reports. • Conducted market research, analysis, and forecasting to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities, and maintained suppliers' material samples for qualifying them for competitive advantage. • Achieved the department supply target of 20% cost reduction by mastering and improving the material management function, improving supplier delivery performance and service level, reduce material cost. • Collaborated with other departments to develop procurement master plans for purchasing our needs using strategic sourcing and Planning. • Managed third-party service providers to ensure costs are competitive, service level agreements match business needs, product specifications, and performance management systems are in place and effective.
