- Job Details:Responsibilities: A- Handling all of the payroll activities remotely for our clients located in Qatar, Kuwait & Oman including processing salary payments on time with detailed knowledge of HR and payroll procedures, familiarity with Ministry Of Labor legislation, advanced mathematical skills & excellent experience in excel. F- Leave management: Building a payroll system by creating an excel tracker & using all the necessary functions like: (vlookup/xlookup/concatenate/if/sumif/average/floor) to calculate an accurate (leave entitlement/days consumed & leave balance) at a specific date taking into consideration Ministry Of Labor guidelines & company's policy for each type of leave: (annual/sick/compensatory/maternity/study). G- Preparation of the payroll sheets, Adding new joiners to the payroll after checking the offer letters & terms of MOL contracts & other required documents like (DHA license for clinical staffs/joining confirmation letter) & following up with PRO to get the personal number in order to maintain the percentage required by WPS (Wage Protection System). H- Sending deduction notifications to the staffs & responding to their queries. I- End Of Service Benefits calculation as per labor law. J- Preparation & submission of (increment letters/salary certificates/salary transfer letters/Pay Slips) to the staff upon their request. K- Calculation of pensions for UAE nationals & uploading the amounts to the bank system in a timely manner to avoid fines imposed by Government. L- Monthly checkup for GL, especially (AR/Expenses/accrued expenses/Client Guarantee) accounts & doing the necessary (investigation/tracing backwards) for the abnormal balances.

H- Sending updated statements of accounts to the (Clients/project coordinators) & Following up the collection of debts. I- Preparing & submitting to management weekly reports of : • Bad debts & analysis of AR balances. • List of candidates who didn’t receive salaries along with the reasons. • New arrivals & opening bank accounts for them. J- Calculation & payment of the end of service benefits to the leavers as per labor law & then preparing to refund the guarantee paid by the client for the candidates who will not be replaced. K- Periodic checking & correction of the abnormal balances of financial accounts such as accrued salaries account & customer guarantee account. L- Uploading bank files to the wage protection system (WPS). M- Periodic meetings with the clients to match the statements of accounts & sending correspondence of AR to them via email for their approval.
