• Job Details:Kuwaiti real estate development company have large level of developing projects in Turkey & Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities included but not limited to: • Supervision & maintaining day to day accounts works, All Bank transfers &All Joint Venture Books • Check & preparing monthly reconciliation of local and foreign banks statements, bank transfers (Foreign banks in Turkey & Saudi Arabia) • Prepare monthly and annual Statement of Income & Balance Sheets on a comparative basis & analysis of previous months & years for all • Prepared all monthly quarterly and annual financial reports. • Monitoring of the daily cash and credit sales & Collections for all joint venture. • Assisting the auditors in their audits, preparing schedules and data required by them and providing them copies list as their requirements. • Check and reconciliation the records for local and foreign suppliers. • Check of payroll sheets, salary, leave salary & indemnity computation.

• Job Details:Water Plant ( Aqua Cool ) manufacturer and distributor, agent for Lavazza Espresso Coffee from Italy. Responsibilities: • Month end closing and financial management reporting. • Year-end closing and liaise closely with auditors. • Accounts Receivable & ageing report. • Responsible for collections, sending reminders, notices, etc., and maintaining cordial relations with clients, debtors, legal officials, etc. • Checking of payroll sheets, salary, overtime, leave salary & indemnity computation • Checking & preparing monthly reconciliation of bank statements. • Maintaining fixed assets register & monitoring addition/deletion and depreciation of fixed assets on monthly basis and preparing appropriate entry in fixed assets workbench • Makes and prepares daily cash payments and check payments • Makes and prepares adjusting entries • Support to Sales Department – cooperating with sales person and providing information as required by them.
