• Job Details:1-Review, Study, and apply Contractors contracts terms and conditions 2- Review & Approve Contractor’s Submittals (QS & Invoices & VO) . 3- Review & Certify invoices upon coordination with the contractor & client 4- Prepare QS & Invoicing parts at periodical reports. 5- Submit ITP for Structural items of the project 6- Approve Shop Drawings (Concrete Dim & RFT ) According to Contractor Submittals 7- Review the steel percentage delivered in design drawings and BOQs 8- Issue the bar bending list 9- Prepare Quantities surveying as steel reinforcement, concrete quantities for Villas , buildings

Site Finishing EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:1-Handover +40 apartment units to Clients. 2-Acting as the main site responsible person for the execution of the project. 3-Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and the work of subcontractors & Labor 4-Liaising With The Technical Office About The Ordering And Negotiating The Price Of Materials 5-Attend regular meetings with client to review & provide updates on project 6-Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site. 7-Liaising Works Alongside Architects, Subcontractor, Supervisors. 8-Coordinate with sales department to handover units to clients.

Site & Shop Drawing EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Job Description : 1- Acting as the main site responsible person for the execution of the project. 2- Supervise all Projects activities and Ensure Materials meet Specs 3- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the the work of any subcontractors 4- Prepare the activity according to design drawings, shop drawings, and specs for consultant review. 5- Liaising With And Works Alongside Architects, Engineers, Subcontractor, Supervisors And Surveyors. 6- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork 7- Provide Advice And Resolve Creatively Any Emerging Problems/Deficiencies. 8-Liaising With The Technical Office About The Ordering And Negotiating The Price Of Materials. 9- Checking of documents including review for compliance with applicable codes, standards, and company procedures
