• Job Details:Top management for main branch in Riyadh Follow the progress of project work per day and per week and per month Prepare a plan of cash flows (cash in & out ) for the company's projects. Member of the Commission of award works for suppliers and subcontractors. Identifying procurement priorities and reviewing purchase orders which are sent from the projects. Preparation time schedule and costs plan for the projects the company's. Human resources development plan for the company. Prepare a plan evaluations of human resources and follow-up sent periodically. Preparation Documentary stores session and purchases and subcontractors. Review subcontractors and the client invoices. Follow-up the approval of quantities surveying & additions and omissions works for the company's projects. Preparation plan of drawings and materials approval for the projects the company's plan. Study Cost analysis of projects ( Civil , architectural and electromechanical works ) . Study indirect cost of projects. Study the overhead of projects. Study the price according to other competitors. Prepare the project budgets after the projects which be in hand
