Started and ran Accounts Receivables Module from scratch effectively. I assisted JHOC in collecting its old and in-doubt AR debts (I collected around 90% of these debts). I significantly decreased JHOC's bad debts and in-doubt debts through I developed an effective follow-up mechanism. I saved, maintained Fixed Assets records, and developed a model that reconciled between different locations and systematic records of Fixed Assets. I established an efficient mechanism that assists in monitoring all projects and controlling their actual expense\expenditures by comparing them to their budgets.
