• Job Details:Supervise manufacturing process including: Ensuring product is delivered on time and under budget while maintaining quality standards. Preparation of buffers and media for the biotechnology processes. Upstream process for purification of proteins using MPLC , AKTA and ultra filtration systems. Responsible for the water distillation unit and dispensing area. Supervise employees with full responsibility for recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training of personnel. Carrying out manufacturing duties in clean and sterile areas in compliance with GMP and ISO standards. Leading process protocols and logbooks. Participating in process / cleaning validation, sampling plan, reviewing results and introducing suggestions and recommendations. Writing work related SOPs, change controls, deviations / incident reports, batch reports and the following up of CAPA. Analysis and interpretation of the process results. Planning and purchasing the required raw materials, tools and equipment that are necessary for the production. Process troubleshooting and reporting. Supervise manufacturing process to ensure product is delivered on time and under budget while maintaining quality standards. Plan and execute the production schedule including human and material resources. Improve efficiency of production by maximizing utilization of resources and personnel. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and contractors to ensure delivery of key materials. Utilize Lean Manufacturing strategies to improve manufacturing processes and reduce costs. Design training programs for new employees and ongoing projects to improve effectiveness of existing staff. Collaborate with receiving and production personnel to review inventory levels and determine shifts in production areas that would limit materials and supplies held on hand.
