• Job Details:Working for Contrack FM as mechanical senior engineer at O west compound located at 6 th of October city, where my job responsibilities are: ➢ Planning, coordinating, operation and maintenance for all assets including (HVAC, electrical systems, dieselgenerators, UPS, Plumbing, Fountains, carpentry & civil works). ➢ Submitting & issuing snag lists for all area transferred from construction team, while managing all rectifications. ➢ Providing spare requests needed every month and managing store. ➢ Setting up budget for all extra works activities. ➢ Prepare method of statement and risk assessment for all maintenance activities, as well as requesting requiredsafety equipment for the specified tasks. ➢ Issuing monthly reports for maintenance activities and trouble tickets during month.

Senior mechanical engineerFull Time

• Job Details:Working for EFS MISR at National Museum of Egyptian Civilization located at Old Cairo (EL-Fostat) where my job responsibilities are: ➢ Planning, coordinating, operation and maintenance for all assets including (HVAC, electrical systems, diesel generator, UPS, air handling units, Plumbing, carpentry &civil works) ➢ Managing and supervising all vendor’s maintenance activities for physical assets including: water cooled chillers, water treatment for chilled water, UPS, BMS, electrical transformers & water mist pumps. ➢ Monitoring operation of chiller system and all heating and ventilation systems ➢ Setting up budget & quotations for all extra work activities for all systems included. ➢ Issuing monthly reports for maintenance activities and trouble tickets during month.

Shift EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Working for Contrack facility management as shift engineer at iconic Nile City Towers where my main job responsibilities are: ➢ Carry out and ensure planned preventative maintenance activities (PPM) is completed on all relevant equipment according to specs and set procedures. ➢ Prepare and submit quotations and estimates with supervisors/ technicians and procurement to ensure accuracy of quotations and estimations. ➢ Supervise on all mechanical works in the whole project including: Chillers, Pumps, AHU, FCU, STULZ, fans & plumbing systems. ➢ Assist and implement assignments given by senior management. ➢ Arrange site survey and inspection to monitor standard of work and completion of schedule. ➢ Check operation of the building while ensuring power saving and operation schedule is applied
