• Job Details:Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults. • Diagnose breakdown problems. • Fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly. • Carry out quality inspections on jobs liaise with client departments and other engineering and production colleagues. • Control maintenance tools, stores and equipment. • Ensure there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns. • supervising engineering and technical staff. • Inspecting equipment and conducting routine maintenance. • Control and document maintenance processes and spare parts movement using ERB system (SAP). Preventive Maintenance Section Head 2-2021 – until now • Design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods. • Write maintenance strategies with the help of technical office of installation and commissioning guidelines. • Inspecting equipment and conducting routine maintenance. • Using precision testing equipment to perform Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) activities such as vibration analysis, temperature checks. • Controls downtime by using RUL and RPN methods and inform production sections of routine preventive maintenance techniques and monitoring compliance. • Ensures the greasing and lubrication programs are selected, followed up and completed. • Checking availability of the equipment’s spare parts.
