• Job Details:Leading and organizing all kind of excursions (sea trips, safari trips, historical tours, shopping tours, individual tours,...). Explain the tour itinerary & Talk about interesting topics which relevant to the trip. Answering all guest questions and provide their needs. Establish a good relationship with tourists & make an atmosphere of enjoyment. Solve problems with tact, escalating problems to the supervisor as necessary. Make reports of daily excursion for my tour company.
