• Job Details:-Participates in the procurement of Raya products. Keeps abreast of product information. - Communicates and determines scheduling with suppliers for pricing & order fulfillment - Determines and maintains pricing. Reviews price lists and updates database. - Monitors inventory, prepares reports, Predicts and anticipates sales. - Reviews and evaluates quotations. - Researches, identifies and recommends potential suppliers. - Issues purchase requisitions within authorized limits and schedules deliveries. - Records ordering information, Monitor and evaluate all purchase order claims and ensure compliance to all company regulations. - Processes special orders, cancelled orders and coordinates the management of purchase orders. - Design all purchasing contracts and associate procedures and policies. - Evaluate and facilitate approval on all purchase orders and coordinate with assistants and buyers to ensure accuracy of all deliveries. - Match purchase requisitions/orders with invoices and forward to accounts for payment processing
