Recommends process improvements and adjustments as necessary. • Oversees and evaluates device upgrade and maintenance requests, reviews related reports, and obtains approval from the Executive Committee. • Researches the latest advancements in technology and technical support services, formulates development plans for the department, and presents these plans to the Executive Committee for approval. • Conducts performance evaluations for direct reports, identifies training needs, and oversees the execution of training and development programs for IT staff.
