• Job Details:• Position: Team leader of Mechanical Maintenance workshop at Utility Department • Pre-opening team. • Had training and actual work for 8 months at Jushi Company’s Headquarter in China. • During the construction period. • Following up and monitoring the accomplishment of the project that fulfilled by the contractors. • Finishing work on site according to Jushi drawings, diagrams and Project plan schedule. • Fellow up Installation of all equipment, machines, Pipe lines on utility department. • Using my skill in 3D Design to make a model of all stations in the plant. • Watching the startup of the factory. • Job Responsibilities: -Responsible for maintaining equipment. Take decisions when major accidents happen. -Responsible for improving and innovating technology. -Safety operation management. -Workflow of equipment maintenance. -Workflow of equipment management monitoring. -Executive measures for comprehensive management. • Highlights of Qualifications: - driven high pressure pumps, high purity water treatment procedures and heat transfer machines. -Familiarity with plumbing, electric, painting, HVAC and masonry. -Good knowledge with Boilers, Cooling towers, Compressors, Condensate systems, Filters with different uses, RO systems) -Feed water systems, process steam systems and Waste water systems. - Good knowledge with Batch systems and pneumatic control.
