• Job Details:Working within functional organization, reporting to Group Supply Chain Director in Athens with a dotted line to Glass Division Director based in Nigeria on strategic SC objectives for glass operations to manage & lead below SC functions: Procurement & strategic sourcing of below categories:  RM, Packaging, Printing Materials, Chemicals & Consumables.  Fuel (LPG, HFO, Pet Coke, Diesel, and liquid oxygen).  All machinery, Refractories, Glass forming Molds, spare parts for furnace, batch plant and all other CAPEX items. - Define and monitor the procurement and services budget. - Negotiation and Signing of Annual Contracts. - Liaison & coordination with finance director on inventory control, spend analysis and payment plan for suppliers according to the cash flow and prioritize on weekly basis. - Managing strong relationship with suppliers ensuring continuity of business plan even with challenges of cash flow constraints. Logistics Management - Manage the Inbound & outbound Logistics (Export of 6000 x40"HC containers/year). - Logistics tendering, negotiation and control of freights Rates. - Implement the new ideas (Usage of NORs, Core carrier concepts, zero or minus freight destinations & reveres logistics). Material planning & Control - Actively participating in annual business plan & quarterly forecasts. - Implement the MRP tools to monitor materials in pipe line to avoid shortages or excesses. - Optimizing working capital, monitor and reduce the inventory level. Packaging - Develop packaging system & reduce significantly packaging cost/ton through various projects, innovation and perform more standardization. - Implement the returnable packaging concept & reduce the waste. Warehouse management - Managing the FG & WIP; perform efficiently receiving, storing & dispatching. - Utilizing the space and increase storing capacity by 20% - Implement WMS, improving WH mapping & location accuracy. - Increase the efficiency of the handling Equipment’s and reduce its cost. General stores - Ensure proper & timely GRV’s, Goods Issuance and support the plant at 24/7. - Preform high level of central store items control & optimization.

Supply Chain ManagerFull Time

• Job Details: Support strategic sourcing objectives through effective procurement of goods and services while building trusted working relationships with business partners.  Logistics management; Inbound & outbound.  Managing the Warehouses of glass (FG), capacity 50,000 tons, area 32,800 sq. m.  Achieving dispatch targets (22,000 tons/Month on average).  Managing the Central Stores.  Responsible for packaging technical solutions and packaging cost reduction.
