Monitoring team leaders and agent performance and motivating them to reach targets. Working with operation team to enhance the delivery in all stores. Supporting to set the trade zone of the branches and new opening. All Sales reports. Handle & solving customer’s complaint Workforce schedule. Control the expenses and operate within the approved budget
