• Job Details:Responsible for (Juice - Dairy) Packaging material sourcing and operations. - Negotiate prices and payment terms (through agreed cost analysis) for local and foreign suppliers. - Qualifying new suppliers and following-up the performance of current ones to minimize risk of sole supplier. - Improve supplier performance by including (rejection level, the percentage/ frequency of stock-outs, the number of rush orders placed to cover shortage, negotiating and resolving procurement issues) in the supplier evaluation form. - Provides reports and Market Intelligence analytics to support the Sourcing and Procurement work ( New market trends in Packaging Material - Alternative material development - Reach Tier 2 suppliers ...etc). - Ensure prices level comply with the international trend for all primary pack materials. - Create cost saving tracker to support the company's saving goals & AOP. - Payment Issues Analysis & Resolution. - Investigate the root cause for blocked invoices due to price discrepancy, and take the necessary action to resolve the issue. - Ensures SLAs are met as agreed with the stakeholders. - Support Marketing in new Art-Work development with the suppliers. - Create SAP contracts and make sure the prices maintained in SAP are updated.
