- Job Details:• Responsible for the sales target regarding my sector with all its accounts, and the overall management & supervision of the performance of the sales team within this sector. • Preparing the budget plan for my Sector. • Preparing & issuing a yearly forecast sheet including: potential clients, expected revenue, solutions provided, & time frame for closing of deals to be revised on a monthly basis. • Working mainly in fields such as: Telecommunications, Electronics, Education, R&D, Test & Measurements including all fiber optics test tools. • Managing a team which consists of two sales engineers & two sales reps. • Working closely with: Ministries, Army entities, Mobile operators, Private & governmental universities, R&D entities, Regulators, IoT companies/entities & Nano-technology centers. • Selling in the Egyptian market solutions from our foreign vendors: Tektronix , Keithley, Anritsu, Fujikura, Dräger, Omron, Viavi, Amatrol , BigRep , Promax & Elettronica Veneta,..etc. • Assign and distribute the Sector’s accounts on the team, depending on the person’s relationship with the client and the level of their knowledge of the client’s industry. • Meet my team frequently to get an overview of each client’s performance, status & solving any occurring problem. • Support in the Bid/No Bid decision with the General Manager.
