• Job Details:-Central Transportation Hub At New Capital Owner: Egyptian Armed Forces Engineering Authority. Contractor: The Arab Contractors Company. Working At The Transportation Hub – 30,000 m2 Basement Parking for busses and Cars - Commercial Buildings With Built up area 4500 m2 - Mall Building (3 floors ) with Area 8000 m2. The project budget About 500 million pounds with the below duties : 1. Coach team members and managing the day-to-day activities of the team. 2. Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and Help engineering teams deliver projects on schedule. 3. Prepare periodical reports (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly) for the client including the schedule updates, work volume and areas of concern. 4. Attend Progress Meetings with consultant and PM. 5. Monitor the project plan with the project team and highlight causes of delay when needed. 6. Creatively report project status internally and externally. 7. Follow Up and control the progress of subcontractors and monitor crew performance. 8. Collaborating with site managers, surveyors, engineers, site worker and other professionals. 9. Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand. -MIVIDA Project At New Cairo Owner: EMAAR , PM: TIME Turner International Middle East , Contractor: Medcom Working At MIVIDA Parcel 1B – 164 villas, Infrastructure and Landscape with budget 443 million pounds with the below duties : 1. Prepare periodical reports (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly) for the client including the schedule updates, resource histograms, S-curve, work volume and areas of concern. 2. Attend Progress Meetings with consultant and PM. 3. Monitor the project plan with the project team and highlight causes of delay when needed. 4. Prepare periodical targets for the project team to make sure that they deliver the project on time as mentioned in the baseline plan. 5. Support in preparing claims that may cause any delay in the project to gain client’s approval for time extension. 6. After getting the approval regarding the time extension from the consultant, start making the revised schedule to send it to the consultant for approval.

Civil Site EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:1- Site Engineer Working At One Of The Administrative Buildings of the Armed Forces with Built-up Area of 1000M2 including Basement and 4 Floors (Skeleton Works, Full Finishes Works, landscape Works) with the below duties : 1. Overseeing building work and ensuring the quality of the work. 2. Calculation for the exact quantities executed. 3. Providing technical advice and solving problems on site. 4. Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly. 5. Prepare proposal documents and presentations 2- Site Engineer Working At Dar Misr ElShorouk Project (Finishes Works of Residential Blocks) with the below duties : 1- Overseeing building work and ensuring the quality of the work. 2- Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities. 3- Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards. 4- Reporting progress and other updates back to client.
