  • Job Details:Measure and Analyze the efficiency of packaging machines (Inno-Tech , Ishidda , Ink-jet). Monthly packaging area audit check list and handle it with others departments.   • Job Details:Process Measurement Control & Improvement: - Define the critical points in each process stage that needs to be measured and controlled. - Define the upstream & the attribute points. - Correlations with finished product. - Process data analysis to determine whether the process is behaving in a predictable way or not. - Identify major problems to be solved.  Yield Improvement & Cost Reduction: - Reduce the losses. - Eliminate all possible sources of waste. - Reduce Electricity, Water, Additives & Cleaning material consumptions. - Evaluation Reports.  Innovations & Projects: - Define projects to work on to improve the factory performance. - Define the barriers and eliminate them to start the project. - Define the resources needed for implementation (Factory Feasibility).  Internal Audits: - Monthly internal process audits with actions to be done and due dates. - Check and follow external audit from Farm Frites Netherlands every 3 months
