  • Job Details:•Coordinate and integrate the project team to develop the All Project Plans. •Developing the required logic plan CPM &Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), S Curve & resources loading and manpower requirements. •Developing of budget, cost estimates, Cash Flow projection for engineering, material & construction activities. •Monitor work progress &Cost Control against Schedules, Budgets. •Preparation of monthly / weekly progress reports highlighting progress, Earned Value and cost performance / projections. •Make the statistical analysis and the required corrective and preventive actions. •Schedule and prepare project meetings, take minutes, manage follow up. •Coordinate documents management / Correspondence System. •Prepare action lists, and follow up action lists. •Follow –up Procurement activities.
