• Job Details:New models preparation. - Study each part in the new model. - Make the working instruction for each process. - Prepare jigs and machines needed for assembly line. - Decrease tack time and man power for each process. - Innovate best practice, reduce cost and increase productivity. • New mechanical parts approval. - Approve plastic parts grade A in injection factory. - Experience in injection machines and molds maintenance and operation. • Localization of material. - make QPA (Quality Process Audit) on the vendor. - Following our vendors for other injection parts grade B - Make sure that vendor following SAMSUNG process and standard. - Prepare CKD model and SKD model [PackingBOM, Master data, Continuer simulationand all packing material approval] • Manage all processes by PLM, GMES, SIGMA, SGTM and SAP system. • Visit Samsung digital cityin Korea [2013] totakeTECHNIAL TRAINNINGS in development and system in Samsung R&D department. • Visit Thailand for introduce CKD & SKD business in EGYPT Achievements: • Introduce CKD & SKD business in EGYPT. • Introduce 2013 & 2014 new model.
