• Job Details:Landscape department Gulf Gardens Co. My Duties: • Communicate with all assigned project clients, strives to develop best possible working relationship and client satisfaction. • Coordinate Landscape Architectural efforts in assigned areas with specialty groups, engineering disciplines, the client, vendors, contractors, construction and other divisional groups. • Ensure effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between all disciplines, stakeholders and the client or client’s representative. • Analyze and report on the suitability of materials, techniques and/or difficult coordination requirements. • Demonstrate knowledge of the application of Landscape Architecture / Engineering to ensure constructability and economic rationalism is applied to construction methods and materials. • Make site inspections to assigned projects independently, assists with material approvals and construction approvals to ensure highest level of finish is achieved. • Provide technical direction and on-the-job training of assigned personnel, CAD technicians and 3D animators and provides input for their performance evaluation.

• Job Details:RADICON-GULF CONSULT is a leading design and engineering office specializing in Infrastructure, Telecommunications, Electrical and Industrial engineering. My Duties: -Supporting the Project Architect in all phases of the design process but predominantly the preparation of construction documents, coordination of consultant’s information and City submissions. - Presentation with Photoshop and powerpoint presentations. -Internal design meetings and problem solving sessions -Site visits and field verification's -Dedicated to meeting project deadlines -Supervise/Manage the production of construction Phases and Reviewing all documentation for project (Inspections/Submmitals). -Overseeing Revit documentation teams and coordinating with external MEP, Structural consultants. Managing design review of documents and ensuring that the project deliverable's are executed within timeline and contractual obligations. - Coordination with other systems in different disciplines. - Responsible for Technical reports preparation and studying proposals.
