At that time, globally, the company held a 34% share of the Oral Care market in terms of volume and was the world’s largest plastic tubes manufacturer Web Site: www.esselpropack.com My Rules and Responsibilities • My prime responsibility is driving productivity, quality, delivery, safety, cost, employee engagement and Factory Compliance's • Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing operations and process which ensure the most effective return on assets. • Driving continuous improvement program in the unit across all functions like TPM, Six Sigma. • Assure attainment of business objectives and productions schedules while insuring product standards that will exceed our customers’ expectations. • Manage spending against budget, controlling spending in relation to changes in production volume. • Maintain individual skills keeping up to date with latest production and production management concepts. • Production, planning and control of daily production • Customer satisfaction through close follow up about required services like delivery, quality • Controlling inventories to the optimum level • Responsible for the Operations, statuary and legal Compliance of the unit • Responsible for managing and controlling all new projects in terms of Time, Cost, quality, and safety. • Plan and co-ordinate internal research and contractual development programs through joint planning/implementation with customers, engineering team and operations; • Plan, develop and co-ordinate the technical capabilities for the engineering and technical departments in accordance with the strategic and annual business plans of the company. • Create detailed engineering budget and implement necessary changes and adjustments as may be pertinent to the development of new improved products
