  • Job Details:• Lead a team of business analysts and coordinators to enable and drive change initiatives across the bank’s business lines. • Define and own the execution of vision and roadmap and business requirements. • Write epics and detailed user stories, including acceptance criteria. • Ensuring that product management and technical teams are aligned. • Assist and mentor in creating BRDs as a reference for change initiatives (Projects/CRs). • Assist and mentor in creating BPMN diagram to clarify the business workflow. • Assist and mentor in creating diagrams to list the business actions and steps. • Lead and facilitate UAT sessions throughout the demand lifecycle. • Manage Stakeholders to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all projects and CRs. • Lead and participate in elicitation activities to align and resolve ambiguities. • Initiate Business Process documentation projects from writing to final publication in collaboration with all business units. • Provide expertise in business process design. Work on the identification, scoping, expected outcomes, and estimated benefits of proposed improvement opportunities. • Build standard, repeatable, and reusable processes, which drive efficiency savings, direct cost savings, and drive or protect revenue. • Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis.
