• Job Details:● Hands-on Quality Management Systems, implementing ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 CONCEPTS, and methodologies of Quality, internal audits, and IMS. ● Ensuring and inspecting that the quality of products and services standards of the company is maintained throughout its operations. ● Help with operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as looking into other KPIs. ● Conducting internal audits for all departments and suggesting improvements. ● Preparing requirements for the prequalification and tender submittals. ● Work closely with the development team to continuously improve the quality of existing products and services. ● Provide creative solutions for reviewing data and solving problems identified. ● Ensure products meet customer demands and expectations. ● Compile performance data including: Monthly internal and external fault analysis reports, Supplier Delivery Performance, and Supplier Quality Performance. ● Responsible for solving day-to-day problems and anticipating health and safety, quality, and environmental hazards at production sites. ● Review internal/external nonconformance reports on a daily basis and coordinate disposition (reject or rework). ● Ensure compliance with all in-house rules on health, the environment, quality, and the safety of people and property in and around the plant. ● Perform incident/ injury investigations and coinciding health and safety root cause analysis. ● Maintain and update safety charts and reports as necessary. ● Maintain safety records: training, agreements, and facilities safety requirements. ● Follow-up with the pest control company, analyze the results and submit proposals. ● Follow up with the waste management company.
