• Job Details:Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role e.g. Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledger, forecasting, budgeting. Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations. Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts. Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls. Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting. Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries. Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams. Supporting Finance Manager in ensuring that inter company cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy. Consultative with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives. Preparation, validation and submission of quarterly VAT returns. Handle VAT reporting ( Inputs and Outputs ). Ensure collections and payments are done in line with UAE regulations.

• Job Details:Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies. Report to management about asset utilization and audit results, and recommend changes in operations and financial activities. Prepare detailed reports on audit findings. Review data about material assets, net worth, liabilities, capital stock, surplus, income, and expenditures. Inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions. Examine and evaluate financial and information systems, recommending controls to ensure system reliability and data integrity. Prepare, analyze, and verify annual reports, financial statements, and other records, using accepted accounting and statistical procedures to assess financial condition and facilitate financial planning. Inspect cash on hand, notes receivable and payable, negotiable securities, and canceled checks to confirm records are accurate. Audit payroll and personnel records to determine unemployment insurance premiums, workers' compensation coverage, liabilities, and compliance with tax laws. Examine whether the organization's objectives are reflected in its management activities, and whether employees understand the objectives.
