• Job Details:Creating partnerships and sponsorshlp deals between CIC and other parties. Plan and manage the crowd for events with more than 3,000 attendees Managing all event aspects in terms of : theme, venue, production setup ,permissions, monitoring printings, logistics, operations ,organizing, vendors & suppliers and managing budgets as well. Aligning with the social media team in their campaigns for events coverage and announcements. Responsible for post event reports Managing projects through monitoring the daily productivity, and performance of the events team and reporting directly to the Event Director . Managing the ushering team in all recruitment projects to guarantee customer satisfaction. Managing all clubs and students activities on campus Responsible for planning the conferences in terms of printings, organizing, coverage and managing VIPs. • Job Details:- Contacting third parties to create partnerships with CIC. - Handling logistics related to all events that take place on campus. - Organize events such as graduation ceremonies, concerts, iftar, etc.. - Making sure that the event program is being run in time. - Aligning with the social media team in their campaigns through gathering & archiving all data needed. - Aligning with the media production team to arrange the shooting days and make sure that the video shootings are being run effectively
