• Job Details:1- Audit all invoices and payments from our vendors special the hospitals, health centers, pharmacies and confirm the bills matching with our policies (Project policy Organization policy Hospitals contracts) and also it must be tax invoices 2- Posting and processing journal entries 3- Manage with the External Audit and the other external parties all the requirements for the audit operations 4- Audit the volunteer payroll on monthly basis 5- Audit the OPEX & G&A Expenses for the Country Office 6- Audit the settlement advance for the employees such as (Site employees, Drivers, Others) 7- Prepare the reconciliations bank on monthly basis 8- Prepare the payments vouchers for the banking transfers and checks 9- Prepare the withholding tax 10- Follow up bank balances

AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:1- Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all accounting transactions are recorded 2- Updating accounts receivable and audit the invoices 3- Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations 4- Updating the inventory account and reconciliations the variance 5- Audit the G&A Expenses for the Head Office and the branches
