• Job Details:Complete knowledge and enforcement (including write-ups) of all company policies and procedures & assuring that all personnel are always following smoothly. • Implement department-wide procedures & giving constructive criticism to managers. • Develop long-term goals & ensuring departments are meeting their goals. • Tasks include following up on all operations details and procedures, including marketing and sales, and ensuring that all departments are inhomogeneous and smooth. • Ensuring implementation of effective management systems, efficient work methods and availability of sufficient supplies in compliance with policies & procedures including facilitating safe and fully operational services of Housekeeping, Pest Control, Maintenance & Security. • Develop department wide reports on progress & guide employees through their development. • Ensuring that all department’s budget is being met. • Ensure that all team members are happy & satisfied at all times. • Ensuring all maintenance activities are executed as per action plan (including preventative maintenance) for all area’s sections. • Managing all aspects of operations & facilities including its activities and relationships between guests, employees, community, suppliers, and industry. • Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. • Establish frequent communication among team members, manage employee welfare, and appraise their performance. Identify appropriate training & development needs.
