• Job Details:At Insightly, I contributed to various aspects of the design process for a feedback platform, including workflows, competitive analysis, user flows, and overall design. During a brainstorming session, the idea of collecting reviews from platforms such as Google Play and the App Store was mentioned. I immediately researched this feature and discovered websites already utilizing it. Recognizing its potential value, I proactively suggested incorporating it into our platform. This feature was not part of the initial plan, but my swift research and compelling demonstration of its successful implementation convinced the team to adopt it. This addition significantly enhanced our platform’s functionality and set us apart in the market.
