• Job Details:• Participate in the design, planning, and implementation of new projects/technologies and ensure the solutions are highly available and performing. • Responsible for system upgrades, performance monitoring, installations, diagnosing system problems, disaster recovery testing, and maintaining user accessibility. • Manage all Windows servers including hardware/software upgrades and patching of OS and applications. • Design, build, test, and implement server solutions in both physical and virtual environments. • Configuring and managing network devices (Switches, Routers and Firewalls) • Managing Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS and DHCP. • M365 administration including Exchange Online , Azure Ad Connect and SharePoint. • Maintain security and integrity in all company systems. • Assist with planning and implementation of growing IT department/operations. • Implementation and design of ERP system. • Configure, administrate, and maintain Zoho ERP server databases, including backup, restore and purge activities. • Handle supervision of modifications to existing Zoho ERP server databases to meet the needs of data growth. • Communicate externally with system vendors. • Comply with and help to enforce standard operating policies and procedures.
