• Job Details: Handling group cost and cost centers of facility management projects and staff.  Handling all direct and indirect costs for projects.  Supervise the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closing, including recording of accruals, pre-payments and recharges.  Maintaining up-to-date analyses of expenditure compared to budget.  Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and analysis of key accounts.  Providing reports at month end Vs. forecasts which includes identifying and investigating variances and bringing any areas of concern to the attention of the Management.  Checking calculations made by the Paymaster related to employee’s benefits, vacation payments, end of service benefits and payroll for a total workforce of 3,500 employees.  Checking bank transactions before initiating first approval of all bank related payments

Assistant Accounting ManagerFull Time

• Job Details: Calculating and posting month end journals, including accruals, pre-payments and re-charges.  Maintaining up-to-date analyses of expenditure compared to budget.  Preparing balance sheet reconciliations.  Providing reports at month end Vs. forecasts, identifying and investigating variances and bringing any areas of concern to the attention of the Management.  Documenting all workings and analysis in the form of clear schedules.
