Monitoring and evaluating inventory levels regularly to ensure sufficient quantities of materials and products. Managing and monitoring the disposal of damaged or lost products and providing reports on this. Controlling appropriate ratios and quantities to ensure the availability of production materials. Updating and tracking production forecasting to ensure it aligns with production requirements from various raw materials. Matching permits and products issued on the system with actual occurrences. Ensuring that returns are recorded in the system by quantity and the actual item. Conducting periodic and annual inventory for sales outlets and warehouses. Start production orders. Loading the cost of the inventory that issued to production order. Compare the standard cost of materials with the actual cost and detect any deviation.
