• Job Details:Roles and Responsibilities: Prepare custom declarations for all Apex’s imported materials and contractors’ materials under Apex’s umbrella. Coordinate with custom clearance agent for Air and Sea freight shipments’ clearance to ensure standing operating procedures, rules and current regulations were disseminated, acknowledged and enforced Follow-up delivery of shipments till arrival at final location and making sure that the materials were received completely. Maintain safe logistics cycle through revising and ensuring inland transportation and qualified trucks ways. Review and Process contractor’s invoices related to customs and logistics activities. Prepare periodical operational register for Customs and Logistics activities Executes procurement process including preparation of material tender documents (tender invitations, tender package, transmittal, vendor list) supplier’s selection, evaluating offers, issuing purchase orders, and follow up deliveries with suppliers. Responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of workers concerned with receiving, storing, issuing, and inventory materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts in yard
