• Job Details:- Monitoring all operations process for all shipments start from sending our quotation to the client till shipment arrival date at destination. - Daily reports to all clients for their shipments status. - Monitoring documents lead time and improve and speed up the process to issue all shipment documents as fast as we can. - Booking & follow up the shipments from the POL till POD. - Follow up the customs clearance process for each shipment with the Clearance team. - Weekly reports to our Manager director for all our Export operation process

• Job Details:• PIC for SAMSUNG factory import sea shipments.( 18/08/2014 ~ 30/10/2014) : Delivery Plan, Clearance, Trucking, Documents, Payments & Settlements with Finance Department. • PIC for ERC project (Egypt Referring Company) import sea shipments. (01/09/2014 ~ 30/01/2015) : Delivery Plan, Clearance, Trucking, Documents, Payments & Settlements with Finance Department. • PIC for LG Egypt factory Export air and sea shipments. (01/01/2015 ~ Present) : - Follow up Sales order and Production plan with supply chain team during the month. - Setup Export plan based on warehouse stock. - Arrange Vessels booking with the shipping lines and checking the vessels schedules based on LGEEG production plan, sales order & POD for each client. - Setup containers loading plan with warehouse team. - Follow up the clearance process with our clearance team. - Issuing full set of documents for each shipment (Form 13, MBL, HBL, CI, PL & COO) - Sending shipment documents by Courier for each consignee. - Daily report By Sales order for each shipment status to all related departments at LGEEG. - Sales closing on LGEEG system once the containers on boarded and the vessel sailed. - Invoicing to LGEEG. - Support LGEEG EDF team with Drawback refund process. • PIC for tracking all Imports sea shipments (LGEEG & GC) for Pantos Logistics EGYPT : - Contact with the shipping lines to know POL OBD, TS ETA, TS ETD & POD ETA and share daily updated report to all clients. • GSI system user: - Register each shipment on GSI (Pantos System) in order to issue HBL and register all cost and make invoices.
