• Job Details:• Reviews each call for tender in detail with the responsible sales person to determine a response strategy, which includes scope of delivery, pricing and delivery timelines. • Provides all necessary project management skills to coordinate the work of all departments needed for the timely delivery of complete and successful tender responses. • Collaborates with the technical tender managers and the sales team to assemble complete proposals and support during contract negotiations. • Prepare and execute strategic meetings with important decision makers. • Effectively manage the opportunity pipeline in order to reliably predict revenue • Keep Management and Marketing informed of development of opportunities and accounts including market trends and competitor issues • Identify customer needs and effectively demonstrate the values both economic and human • Demonstrate cost effectiveness tools and negotiate the sale of the Company's solutions • Build long-term strategic relationships and partnerships with customers to grow business and gain market share • Support with data to forecasting and budget process • Lead the tender process – setting up and follow-up on tender project plan, drive tender opportunities, get commitment and maximize tender outcome • Use all available internal resources to ensure customer satisfaction • Ensure all administration is comprehensive and completed on time

Project ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Execute works activities as per the consultant’s approved QA/QC plan. • Implement the approved safety and security plan and issue instructions • Receive approved quality objectives from Project Director for requirement of resources and decisions • Depth Study of drawings, specifications and provide technical clearance to subordinates such as site engineers / site foremen • Submit Earned Value Charts and Mile Stone charts fortnightly to the Project Director • Submission of material / subcontractors submittal and follow up with consultant for approval on time • Follow up with consultant/client as well as the Project Director for any clearance prior to stoppage of works • Contact with government survey department for exact property point as per drawing • Timely submission of clarification if there is any discrepancy in drawings and actual site condition • Produce sufficient data for Variation Orders and timely communicate to Consultant in coordination with Project Director / QS section • Timely submission of invoices and follow up with consultant for approval to release of money compliance with cash flow prescribe by planning section. • Define the project materials, man power and equipment’s needed to finish the works on time without delays • Ensure the latest drawing issued to site and previous marked as “SUPERSEDED” • Ensure non-conformity issued after rejection of any materials • Submit Purchase Orders at least 1 week ahead the date of material needed • Follow up with purchasing until finalization of requested purchase order, items delivery, and report any delay to the Project director as needed • Monitor and control the subcontractor’s delivery of material on time • Make sure that all the monitoring/measuring equipment’s used in the Project are calibrated as mentioned in the approved procedure • Ensure that all employees in the project are following the safety requirements • Initiate the ‘Fast Accident Report immediately’ when any accident/incident is noticed, and then forward it to the Safety Officer, Administration, Personnel Dept. Manager and Project Director. • Make sure that the housekeeping is in good manner • Attend the weekly management meeting and follow up the actions assigned on the specified dates without any delays • Attend the periodic meetings with the Client/Consultant as scheduled and maintain records of minutes of meeting • Take proactive leadership role to improve process improvement programs in all areas of project delivery and management • Monitor and control the works in terms of quality required and scheduled time • Prepare recovery schedule to meet the original plan if delay occurs • Ensure subcontractors payments are forwarded on timely manner with the consideration of sufficient safety margin (i.e. retention of money) • Conduct evaluation of subcontractors who completed the assigned task • Coordinate with the Main Store and Purchasing for material order and delivery on site • Supervise the project staff and make sure that all of them are executing works in accordance to the Job description • Conduct staff evaluation every six months and forward to personnel with corrective actions in coordination with Project Director for improvement of staff’s efficiency.
