Maintenance Project ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Manage and execute maintenance responsibilities generally of buildings, mechanical and electrical systems, performing and overseeing maintenance efforts across the facility to ensure efficient functioning and operation of plants, building systems, water utilities, HVAC & heating systems, all facility assets and any other related equipment which • contributes to the safe and effective operation of the facility equipment. • Performing routine maintenance and ensuring smooth functioning of HVAC systems, chillers, cooling towers, boiler station, generator, swimming pools, electric panels, transformers, fire alarm and fighting systems, pumps room, sewage and water treatment plant, kitchen and laundry equipment. • Maintain and ensure the continuous implementation of a preventive maintenance program including the planning, coordination of major scheduled maintenance outages and contacting service providers and contractors. • Controlling work performance and monitoring work quality and taking corrective action to solve any problem rapidly. • Oversee the installation, repair and upkeep of an employer's property, including machines, electro mechanic systems, buildings and other structures. • Maintains building, corridors, walkways, landscape, and facilities by performing painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, masonry works and other related maintenance activities. • Lead outage maintenance projects, write and reviewed maintenance procedures, initiated improvements to plant equipment and helped with troubleshooting and repair strategies • Manage a team consists of 64 staff to achieve all department goals, organize daily routine services, repairs and maintenance, ensure sufficient on-hand materials and spare parts are available for operation at engineering store • Ensure fire, life and safety systems are operational and a perfect functional condition of all alarm systems and fire prevention as well as firefighting equipment. • Manage soft and hard services by ensuring that the facility and all technical areas is regularly maintained to provide a safe, clean and functional environment. • Improve the standards and working methods, reduce costs, etc. by having an active role in all external supplier routines. • Plan and manage all maintenance activities related to civil work, cladding, signage, lighting systems and mechanical work. • Survey all MEP systems and equipment also validation all system status and readings with original equipment/system parameters at operation and maintenance manuals. • Follow and confirm to HSE policies and standards at all times. • Arrange to fix and developing weak points on the MEP networks. • Manage utilities to minimize cost of consumptions. • Prepare check lists and forms to make sure that all major systems daily inspected and visited • Ensure proper management of facility management (FM) team to put systems and maintenance works under control and in appropriate order.
