• Job Details:-Responsible for the project's material planning and schedules. -Coordinating with production staff to ensure that materials are available when needed. -Monitoring inventory levels and ordering additional materials as needed to ensure that supply does not run out. -Coordinating with procurement to ensure that materials are delivered on time to the correct location. -Ensuring that product quality standards are met by selecting materials that meet specifications and rejecting those that do not. -Making plans for future material needs by developing and maintaining a forecast based on historical data and future plans for growth or expansion. -Calculating and verifying material costs for budgeting -Preparing reports on material inventories and costs for internal use. -Prepares purchase requisition (PR) through the ERP system and constantly follows up to ensure that requested materials are purchased within the deadline. -Identify the requirements in the event of any variation against the client drawing and initiate the process for additional and redundant material in VCR form for additional material and man-hours. Coordinate with Project and Finance for further handling. -Responsible for Cold formed materials and fabrication coordination. -Responsible for Sheeting materials and fabrication coordination.
