• Job Details:Follow up to the procedures of the entire operation to ensure they are efficient and respond with safety standards. Knowledge awareness related to basic food safety and hygiene. Monitoring HACCP periodically. Follow personal hygiene and grooming, equipment handling, sanitary design for equipment and first aid material. Reporting discovered defects to all relevant departments for correction on spot. Checking the raw materials and finished products involved in the operation are of suitable quality. Approve or reject raw materials delivery and components with respect to quality standards and record supplier performance. Ensures all staff are following all food safety and hygiene practices.
