• Job Details:Deal with Petrochemicals materials like phythalic anhydride , alcohols , acidsand Esters Dealing with Plasticizers like : Di Octyl Phthalate (DOP). Make some experiment to product Di Butyl Phthalate (DBP). Make some experiment to product Di isononyl Phthalate (DINP). Dealing with solvents like: Normal-Butyl Acetate (NBA). Carrying out Esterification reactions. Work on Distillation vacuum. Stripping Reactions. Neutralization reactions using NaOH solution. Separation of H2O and alcohols using decanters. Cooling using high efficient condensers (Cooling Towers). Dealing with heating systems using Oil Boilers & Steam Boilers. Participated in commissioning and startup of plasticizers and solvents unit. Participated in mechanical inspection of piping, tanks and equipment. Made all tests for equipments and drawing tests for piping. Participated in instruments inspection. Increased the capacity of the plant by about 15%. Developed the process to increase the purity of solvent from 98% to 99%. Helped in making engineering in a new plant. Good knowledge of Esterification process of Di Octyl Phthalate (DOP). Operated with DCS ( yokogawa centum CS 3000). Solved any trouble shooters in the process. Deal with equipments like Pumps, Reactors, Seperators and Heat Exchangers
