• Job Details:Warehouse Supervisor – WMS Administrator • Responsible for the stock accuracy for all 3PL projects • Measure The IRA ( Inventory Record Accuracy) • Coordinate sales orders and make sure that each customer or retailer gets their goods on timely manner. • Monitoring the daily transaction by tracking the orders “Inbound & Outbound’. • Tracking the stock replenishment – expiries and near expiries (FIFO / FEFO). • Perform cycle count on daily basis based on the stock report. • Reconciliation for any discrepancy by performs adjustment at our system. • Print the empty location report to make sure that everything is placed properly as the location mentioned in the stock levels report. • Audit upon filling and documentation of each process. • Stock analysis on item level. • Monitoring team’s performance to ensure they meet daily objectives. Picking goods according to: • Stock Management skill. • What is not selling and which ones are selling out and need to be re-ordered. • Prepare dispatch orders. • Auditing receiving orders and reports. • Auditing dispatch orders and reports. • Make schedule random check and cycle count. • Auditing Inventory.
