• Job Details:Tasks: 2.1. Generate and active review company Mission, Vision and Values in association with the BOD and related commissions and communicate them to all staff in company. 2.2. Greate the Business and Finance Modelling along with Annual business strategies. 2.3. Ensure the investment mechanisms delivers the desired ROI to achieve the company’s investment strategy. 2.4. Leading role in representing the company in mergers or Acquisitions operations Syria 2.5. Manage all the Executive Directors to achieve corporate objectives and Goals in investment Relation department, Subsidiaries and affiliated companies department, Development Department, finance and accounting, administration and HR and IT department. 2.6. Full overseen of ERP project which is include all the departments in the company. 2.7. Liaison with the Major Stakeholders, banks, governmental organizations, auditors, associated companies and legal advisors.
